primevaldk said: Would you watch a webseries that combines Primeval, Dinosaur King, Sonic the Hedgehog and Monster Hunter?
Admittedly, I’m only familiar with Primeval and Sonic the Hedgehog out of that group but it’s certainly an interesting combination!
As a fan-made webseries, I’d probably give it a go because, let’s face it, I am truly devoted to all things Primeval. I’m not sure how it would work but I’m definitely intrigued!
What about the rest of you, my fellow ARCadians and Primevamily…?

Anonymous said: At the end of season 5 when future Matt comes back and tells himself to go back what do you think he means? go back to the future because he just decided to stay and something bad happened or go back in time to do everything again because the future isn't actually fixed?
There are so many theories out there about why future Matt (or Matt version 2.0, since they’re both technically future Matt’s) appeared to tell our Matt to go back.
Some believe that Matt being in the presence is a catalyst for some other devastating event that causes the future to change, others believe it was a warning that averting convergence hasn’t changed/saved the future at all and Matt needs to go back to figure out what it is that still needs changing.
My personal theory is that convergence and the events of it may have been dealt with but there’s some other catastrophe waiting in the wings - maybe related to the fact that the existence of anomalies are probably something the ARC can’t keep under-wraps any more.
The painful truth is that it’s not something we’re going to find out any time soon; Adrian Hodges and Tim Haines are keeping it a closely guarded secret in the hopes that one day, they’ll get the chance to tell us the rest of the story and I know there’s still a lot of us hoping that one day, they will!

Depending on the popularity of the weeks currently planned, we’d definitely consider a Helen Cutter Appreciation Week - or a general ‘Antagonist Appreciation Week’ if there was interest.
Past experience has taught us that the ‘bad guys’ of Primeval posts we’ve done aren’t as popular as those for members of the team but if it’s what people want, we’re happy to do it!
Thanks for the question! :)

Anonymous said: I was just skimming the Primeval tag on Amazon to see what kind of goodies (as an owner of all the dvds) I could get for 50USD and I saw 'Celebrity Ink' pop up quite a few times with autographs. Do you know anything about their legitimacy? I skimmed the web for their name and reviews and they sound legit to me, but I always prefer a 2nd opinion! If they're for real, Primeval fans, they have AMAZINGLY priced autographs for several of our cast!
As far as I can tell, they seem to be genuine autographs - they’re a member of the Universal Autograph Collectors Club (UACC), which is a good sign, and the fact that they state their autographs aren’t copies or facsimiles is a good sign - so many places put it in the small print that what you’re actually buying is a copy rather than an original, which is what I’d always warn fans about when buying autographs instead of collecting them in person.
(A way of checking if an autograph is genuine is to hold it to the light - photocopied autographs can look really authentic but don’t tend to stand out the way ink autographs do when held at an angle. Real ink autographs tend to look raised in comparison to the rest of the image.)
To me, it looks like they either go around to conventions collecting their signatures or write to the actors directly - they seem to have autographs for those who we know have attended conventions (Hannah Spearritt, Andrew Lee Potts, Ben Mansfield, Ciaran McMenamin & Jason Flemyng) but don’t have the autographs of those who haven’t (Ruth Kearney, Ruth Bradley etc.)
On a personal note, if there are any Primeval fans who’d like the autographs of any cast members, I’d say always consider writing to the actor/actress directly - there’s no guarantee of a reply but it’s a cheaper alternative to buying autographs and one way to be absolutely certain that what you’re getting is the genuine article.
Thanks for the question - hope this helps!
